use our service, you must register and supply basic identification

Users provide
us with their identification data when registering for the service.
Users can ammend,
or access their personal details at any stage through the 'My Mailbox'
section of the site. If at any time a user wishes to erase their
information completely from the site they should send an e-mail
to enquiries@HowtoComplain.com.
*Cookies
- A cookie is a piece of data stored on the users hard drive
containing some very basic information about the user. Cookies help
us track the activity on our site. They also enable the site to
recognise the user when revisiting to simplify the login process.

we do with your information
As part
of the complaint process we will provide your basic personal details
to an organisation to whom you are complaining in order for that
organisation to be able to communciate with you. Otherwise the personal
information we collect is not shared with any third parties without
your express permission or if required by law. We will provide numeric/categoric
data related to complaints to third parties but these do not include
any personal information other than on an aggregated basis (e.g.
50% of people complaining were male).
We do not give e-mail lists to any third party although we may use
lists on behalf of third parties where express permission has been
given during the registration process for the purpose of research.
At all times an option to unsubscribe from any future e-mails of
this nature will be provided.
Tracking information
related to usage of the site is used to provide us with a better
understanding of the visitors use of the site allowing us to improve
and focus the site on the areas of most interest. We also use this
information in describing the activities of our site to third parties.
We may use some aggregated data but will never reveal personal information
in this context.

has been made, to give you an opportunity to update the progress
